The village of Horgos has always been an important place rich in cultural life; consequently the House of Culture is essential for the local community.
It has been renewed inside out, while broadening its activities, as well as promoting and keeping traditions, the building is the home of cultural life.
Well-equipped rooms are provided for the students of the Primary Music School, for the branch library of the “József Attila” Library, as well as for the ”Bartók Béla” Cultural Association. Other NGOs and societies are also welcome to contribute to enriching the cultural life of Horgos.
It is an ideal place for exhibitions, presentations, festivals, offering a homely atmosphere for those wishing to relax or learn.
